In these pictures you will see the work on Other Worlds. From the drawing of the concept to it's completion.
These are my initial drawing's on a piece of primed 24"x36"x1/4" hardy board. It is just something I came up with after spending an evening star gazing with some friend's.
This picture shows the piece being mocked up with several different types of papers I made. Including oil and water prints, radiant water colors and a variety of other printing techniques, mediums and pigments.
This shows the initial completion of the piece. I stuck it in the frame from another piece with a black frame for some contrast.
Completion - This is what the piece looks like now with the papers being wrapped around the frame. It gives it that other dimension I was looking for. On the next one, I will take it a step further, I can already see it. Maybe some day you will to.
These are some photo-shopped image ideas my printer and I were playing around with. I will stick with the original for now.
